I would expect some debate on leadership changes to surface with this session coming to an end and the new session starting January.  Everyone who thinks they can get more influence/power is going to start rattling sabers.  Even if this was all being done internally, the news people tracking stuff inside the beltway are going to hear about it.  I would only get concerned if it continues past the beginning of next year. 

The news media has always amplified any dissent in the Republican party.  I don't expect that to change.  The issue is figuring out how much is real and how much is propaganda.  And since this is about Freedom Caucus people pushing for more influence, I am sure it is considered even more evil.

But take a look at the last couple of times when the Republicans have chosen a Speaker.

Each time they've turned it into an infighting *expletive deleted*it show that has played out on the national stage in a way that has done a significant amount of damage to the perception of House Republicans and has also done significant damage to the ability of Republicans to work together in the house for months.

I would say it depends on what they are "working together" to do.  If they are only prioritizing things to pay off their cronies, then disrupt away.
