The individual who opened fire at the Texas base around 6:15 a.m. was neutralized shortly thereafter, the Navy says. The facility remains on lockdown.

Looks like no one else was killed according to the initial reports.  I hope that doesn't change.  They didn't say the shooter was killed, just neutralized.
