Not much if any which is my point. It often takes a bit to get a field going and to full capacity. Sometimes permits can't be acted upon for some time depending on certain factors, sometimes they are.
In term of actual pumping we probably haven't seen the full Biden effect yet.

SPR is at the lowest level since the 1980s, and we're currently replenishing at 1980s amounts per month, which is less than half of what even Obama was doing. We are at a net loss for the year.

BTW: How did y'all like hearing the Sec of Defense went into the hospital on New Year's day and was basically AWOL for 5 days and no one bother to tell the White House and to top it off the deputy sec of defense was on vacation.
