My understanding is it takes 5-7 years for even the most aggressive prostate cancers to spread to the bones.  Which means, either he had a criminally incompetent doctor (should be 100% routine to do PSA tests which would have revealed the cancer years ago), or he was simply never seen, likely to keep reports on his cognitive decline from being written.

Biden should have been removed from office when it first became clear that he was "cognitively challenged." The fact that Democrats would flout the law and keep an empty facade in office is not shocking (I doubt any nefarious thing any politician might do could shock me) but it is profoundly disturbing.
