It could very well be I haven't seen them because of the news sources I use, but are there any compilation videos out of Republicans all using the exact same agreed upon buzzword of the day, or all reading off an identical script, as there are with dems? This really seems to be a dem thing. And really, a very modern dem thing. I don't remember that kind of stuff pre 2016.

They're organized... And it isn't just the folks you see on TV... Any given day, it seems like the majority of the party faithful are echoing the same message, using the same verbiage...

Fascist propaganda, Biden is sharp as a tack. You'll see, just wait for the debate.

This is a very well-known example (though I don't think it really counts):

https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2018/04/02/598794433/video-reveals-power-of-sinclair-as-local-news-anchors-recite-script-in-unison

Ironically, I see that clip used all the time as an example of left-wing media collusion.

Realistically, though, that was much different than the many instances of Lefty media using the same talking points. It wasn't reporting on a specific news story. It was self-evidently a statement of corporate policy, and not a comment on any specific event, politician, or party. Also, it was one instance of right-leaning media saying the same thing. When it comes to Left-wing media, MRC, the Washington Examiner, and the Rush Limbaugh Show have been making similar compilation videos for decades.

That is an obvious editorial.

A lot of people don't seem the difference between editorializing and reporting. Or propagandizing...

When the dem congresscritters were doing that, they were doing it as essentially a news/reporting interview, in hopes that a snippet would be aired...

Really, since it got noticed, we're seeing an awakening not just in the overall population, but in much of the media.

I have seen a differently edited version of that (reposted somewhere here just a few days ago, in fact) that makes it sound like it's left wing bias. Interesting that the one from NPR is framing it as right wing bias.

Has anyone seen Joe since J20? They stick him back in the basement?

I just saw a story that he walked through a restaurant and nobody recognized him - at least, not immediately.
Trump won in 2016. And again in 2024. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

I'd also have believed that he walked through a group of long-time friends and recognized nobody.

Even Biden's staff are beginning to admit what we already knew:

Yup. Some totally "Weekend at Bernie's" stuff there, with the makeup and all.

This man was [theoretically] the leader of the free world.  I feel like there should be criminal charges on the staffers who defrauded the public and usurped powers that were not there's.

Probably needs to be consequences for any reporter that was interviewed him and edited to cover up the truth.

One might also argue that Vice President Harris, who certainly knew the POTUS was incompetent, had an affirmative duty to act under the provisions of section 4 of the 25th Amendment.

I wonder if Biden had anyone, aside from his parents, that actually cared about him. His wife and children and his colleagues didn't seem to. Maybe that's how he went so wrong. (That and his own flaws, obviously.)

Seems kind of hypocritical of NPR to complain about the "power" of another media group when they are spouting leftist crap themselves quite a bit.

I have seen that example thrown around a bit and I always thought it was a foolish thing to get worked up about.  If there is any thing it highlights it is larger corporations owning lots of TV stations.

... 3. The lack of coverage around Joe Biden’s mental decline was the final straw.
