That's what happens when you resell items from questionably sources while relying solely on their internal "quality control" to keep your business afloat. HF would do themselves a serious favor to have some of their products independently tested before they hit the shelves. You know, things that can kill you if they fail. Jackstands, winches, and chains/ropes should definitely be on the list.
