From a general point of view, why does it take 4 months? Is it because it is a part time job for one flunky to push paperwork around demanding video and paperwork from various entities? Seems to me it shouldn't take that long unless they are sending various evidence to labs for some sort of analysis. Not sure why that is needed here. I guess someone could be doing some sort of ballistics analysis at the home where she was shot, but even that shouldn't take 4 months.
I agree about that, this whole thing has stunk like last week diapers since day one. It's the threat, give us what we want or else, that gets me. Especially from an outside group
