meh, That's some weak sauce.

NFAC routinely flags themselves.  Kinda hard to say that Mr. Grandmaster Jay was "assaulting an officer" when he was doing the same thing he does to his friends.

Good thing he didn't bump the butt stock while doing that.  ;)

A good burn, but I'll still point out that the charge is, apparently, "assaulting, resisting or impeding."

Quote
Johnson is charged with "assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers or employees," according to court documents. He is currently being held in the Oldham County Detention Center.

I assume that he didn't  "resist or impede " folks on the roof of a courthouse from street level, so I assumed they were going with "assault "

Can you assault someone without resisting them?

My experience playing Assassin's Creed would say yes.  Sneak up on them and get them with a hidden blade in the heart. It's all over before any resistance.

And you didn't have sex with that woman either, right?

Well, you assumed her gender, so no. Sometimes a cigar isn't just a cigar.

On the FAC just for funsies I reported their page to facebook support since they were busy squashing militia pages. Nope, just good wholesome(or holesome if you are one of them) fun.

If it wasn't for double standards they would have no standards at all.

Too bad he can't sell his famous bullpup. (I'm assuming he doesn't have access to any guns that they know about.)

Grandmaster Jay found guilty of pointing AR-15 at officers during Louisville protests
https://www.wave3.com/2022/05/27/grandmaster-jay-found-guilty-pointing-ar-15-officers-during-louisville-protests/

Quote
Friday, Johnson took the stand for the second time to answer questions from the prosecution. Johnson was interrogated about his movements in the days and hours before the event. He claims his AR-15 rifle was empty and the trigger was in the safe position when he pointed it, adding that he was only looking around with the flashlight on the gun’s barrel.

Quote
Johnson is facing up to 27 years in federal prison. He will be held there until he is sentenced on Aug. 22.

I doubt he'll serve any time after his sentencing

One year

But

Quote
Johnson is already serving seven years and two months in prison after a federal court jury in May 2020 found him guilty of one count of "Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding" and one count of "Brandishing a Firearm in Relation to a Crime of Violence" for the same crime.

They're suppose to start around noon, they're claiming they'll have 500 people or so we'll see.
They originally said they would start at Central High School until someone pointed out that would would be a wee bit illegal it being a school and all.

Well, they'll all have to stay 1001 feet away with their guns, just like all the school shooters did.

NFAC leader:

https://www.facebook.com/williamastroud/videos/3495737087125397/

Not sure, is that ignorance or stupidity?

I wonder who the idiot is Paul Harrell is referring to in his video?

Why does Your Bolt Slam Shut on an AR Platform?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14kpIKw8VpQ

For those who need their memory refreshed the above facebook video is where Grand Master Jay tries to explain one of the group's famous negligent discharges by saying the AR-15 has a design defect in that it will fire if you bump the stock and that recruits routinely blow their heads off due to it.

^^^^  Sounds like a self-correcting problem to me.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.
