Green could be from the copper in the engine from something just read.
At startup it can be green from the TEB used to ignite the engine

I just learned that Raptor doesn't utilize any TEB.  It uses a gaseous hydrogen oxygen torch igniter.

The green came from copper being burned out of the engine by a suddenly lox rich mix.  Engine rich exhaust.

Don't give the EPA any ideas especially considering the incoming admin. Don't forget it was an EPA ruling that messed up the shuttle's external tank foam coating
