Kahlua? (sp?)  Creme de Cacao?  Or use Southern Comfort for the 100 proof.

100 proof peppermint schnapps, you're not getting much sweeter than that. May just have to add a couple lumps of sugar.

Just got a can of Hot Chocolate from Williams and Sonoma for Christmas.  It's chocolate shavings you mix into heated milk and whisk as the chocolate melts.  Really good.  Especially after I added a couple of ounces of vodka to the mug.  Current vodka is Ocean.  It's a hippie vodka...organic vodka made in Hawaii, but it's tasty.

Got Jim Beam Honey instead of Jack Daniels. JB was on sale at the Virginia liquor store. It's cold as all get out here right now; I'll probably make one tonight.

I'm sipping a glass of Kirkland (Costco) Canadian Whisky right now.  Very tasty; doesn't need any mixers.  (it's a small glass, maybe 4 ounces if filled to the top, don't judge me)    I don't think I can tell the difference between this and Crown Royal.

I sometimes drink Christian Brothers VS or VSOP brandy the same way.
