Next, they'll get after SIG SAUER because not enough sights are actually being returned, most users simply laughing the recall off.

Reminds me of a recall several decades ago when the makers of the American 180 - a .22 rimfire machine gun - made a laser sight for it. I believe it was a low powered HeNe laser with a good size battery pack, and someone working for fed.gov believe it needed extra warning labels because the laser could be hazardous if pointed at someone while mounted on a machine gun. Even today, the makers of laser sights and laser grips still provide warning labels for users to stick on their laser-equipped guns. (Few do.)

Don't worry, Springfield Armory will start putting "Mouth Zone" somewhere on their pistols for you. 


Also, Ruger will add a safety message on the muzzle crown saying "Warning:  Only point this end at the target."

The ERA has already expired.  (it's moot anyway, the 14th and 19th already cover it.)  They need to start over if they really think it's necessary.  IMHO, the whole point of this is to give ammo to attack anyone who challenges the ratification.

(isn't there still a 200+ year old amendment that doesn't have an expiration date floating out there?  Submitted by James Madison and something about limiting congressional pay raises)

That was the 27th Amendment that wasn't ratified for 202 years until a Texas student started a lobby campaign to get it ratified in the early 1980s. It was ratified in 1992.

Not only has the ERA expired(?) there were a few states that rescinded their approval of it.

So why didn't he do this back in October or earlier?  Even if it fell short, Kamala could have campaigned on it.  Odd to try to push this crap the last weekday before Trump is inaugurated.

We have to remember that everything happening these last few weeks regarding Biden "sticking it" to Trump is not Biden at all, but a cadre of WH staff woke kids whose whole life experience is in NYC and San Francisco. They're doing all this out of their bubble.
