Biden, the ATF, and here DOJ - everybody's trying to get their last little F-you crap in at the last days, no matter how many ordinary citizens are harmed.
In the 48 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,583 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 600 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony.
I'm curious on "impeding law enforcement". While that certainly can be a felony, we often hear of people being arrested for filming cops, with the cops claiming they were "too close" (which, from what I have seen, sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't). That certainly should be a misdemeanor if it's even prosecuted at all. I wonder how many felony "impeding" arrests were people not getting out of the way fast enough?
Again, I hope that the lawsuits are fast and furious.
