I'm curious on "impeding law enforcement". While that certainly can be a felony, we often hear of people being arrested for filming cops, with the cops claiming they were "too close" (which, from what I have seen, sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't). That certainly should be a misdemeanor if it's even prosecuted at all. I wonder how many felony "impeding" arrests were people not getting out of the way fast enough?

Again, I hope that the lawsuits are fast and furious.

Out of 37,000* FBI employees total, 5000 of them were focused on 06JAN protestors.

The article says 13,000, but that's agents, and apparently the 5000 was a mix of agents and other FBI personnel.
