Huh, I did not know the live SpaceX feed on Youtube needed to be refreshed. I thought it was live. And here I just watched the booster land.
The United Launch Alliance (ULA) is rolling out the second Vulcan rocket, in prepration for the second flight of the vehicle. This mission will be used to certify the rocket in preparation of its operational phase. The main payload of the flight will be a mass simulator, as the intended payload, Dream Chaser, is delayed.
