And here I am working like a dog to lose weight.  Just got down to 200.0 lb from 214 and some change.

Came across my Draft Card from the late 50s and I was 158 lb in the description.

Also had tan hair, which is likewise untrue now.

At this moment I'm 201.4, but I have to take a dump.  That will account for what, 5 lb, right?

Riiiight.

Nothing says you can't have treats AND lose weight.

It's when the treats become a standard item in your daily diet that it becomes a problem.
