I'm surprised they're not woke enough to know that in some cultures the thumbs up is an offensive insult.  I guess inclusion only includes "our" part of the world.

I wonder if there is a loophole because it is limited to students who "identify as" a student of color.  Nothing saying that Patrick O'Shea can't identify as a student of color, so it's not really racist, right?

I also wonder if tomorrow will be an interesting day at Betty Marketing Agency in Minneapolis.
