A lot of Idaho teachers have taken training regarding defense (vs hiding) when a school shooting occurs. I wonder if this teacher took one of those courses?

These are rare in Idaho. This occurred in an area with a high Mormon population, and Rigby is a very low crime (55 vs 216 US average crime index) town. As is Notus, the other small town where the 1999 shooting occurred.
