Summer weekend grilling
« on: July 25, 2021, 10:25:02 PM »
2 pork tenderloins with fresh lime juice overnight, patted dry and rubbed with yellow mustard and meatheads dry pork rub before going on the smoker then glazed with a Carolina bbq sauce, fire roasted sweet corn on the cob fresh from a grower down the road, fresh garden green beans. A glass of red blend wine.
Fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
I skipped lunch because i was mowing and it was hot and humid. Made up for it tonight.
What we have here is failure to communicate.

Nice. I ran a BBQ pork loin through my sous vide cooker, then seared it in a hot pan.

It was also tasty, but I know not nearly as tasty as one done on the grill...
