Really like Kent Rollins. Looks like a great recipe.  May need to head to the butcher and look for a whole tri-tip.  Grocery store only sells tri tip in pieces as steaks.

I got a tri-tip in my last local cow order. I sold it to a friend because my girls just won't appreciate it. It's still in my deep freeze.
