A parent, or parents, have filed a FOIA request for documents relating to the Loudoun County School Board's cover up of at least two sexual assaults in the system.

Loudoun County wants $36,000 to fulfill the request.

Virginia Governor Youngkin has issued a full pardon after the father was convicted on charges stemming from his attendance at the school board meeting where this whole mess blew up.

Buta Biberaj, the Loudoun County State's Attorney General and hard-core socialist and who was ordered OFF the case by a judge for questionable actions and replaced with a special prosecutor, is now screeching about "sending the wrong message to police."

Funny how she's now a loyal friend to local police when he certainly hasn't been in the past.

Guess who's back in the news

Twitchy readers will (regretfully) remember the name of Buta Biberaj, the former Commonwealth's Attorney in Loudoun County, Virginia, who tried to prosecute father Scott Smith for attending a school board meeting to protest his daughter being sexually assaulted in a school bathroom. A sexual assault that the school district tried to cover up.

Thankfully, that prosecution failed. Even more thankfully, Biberaj was defeated and voted out of office in the 2023 Virginia state elections (a loss she handled about as well as everything else she handles).

Apparently some stuff disappeared while she was in office

    Multiple sources tell me portraits and photos of Loudoun County’s former Commonwealth’s Attorneys are missing and were last seen when CA Buta Biberaj was in office. I’m told the portraits go back to the 1800s and there are no back up copies of many of them.

I'm almost glad my daughter is in New Mexico. She was in Albermarle, VA and the school was pretty good at locking down weekly and never really telling you why, no girls went to the bathroom alone, trans stuff was rampant and my kid probably a target becuase she made friends with all the weirdos. Aggravated assault and sodomy of a boy in a bathroom swept under the rug, kids coming and going from campus as they pleased, etc. Nothing done about anything at any level of admin.
