A mild dusting of Tony Chachere's seasoning.
 
Giving a couple of bags to a pub owning friend, suggesting that he test them according to beer consumption.

I am usually Old Bay for popcorn or Taijin seasoning. That goes just fine on potato chips too.  Research about to go off the rails, apparently anything is good with enough beer.
