Actually secure voting?

Tl;Dr version: non-hackable, near instantaneous results after polls close, based on lottery security.

The biggest holes I see in the scheme is there’s nothing that stops any groups from creating thousands/millions of fraudulent voter registrations (non-existent, dead, or ineligible people), and no way to ensure the person voting is the legitimate voter and not someone who stole their identity (even if “only” for voting purposes).

But, that seems a damn sight better than anything else I’ve seen.
