Flynn Lives!

TRON 3 (aka TR3N and TRON: Ares) looks to be starting production.

As an unabashed fan of the original and having really enjoyed Legacy, It'll be on my Must See list.

Tron: The Next Day. It's a short film from 2011 that was supposed to segue into an immediately-following third installment which didn't happen.

That looks interesting.  Part of me is skeptical of how they will explain why the computer machines work the same way in the real world as they do in the computer.  I want to see it.

First thing that came to mind when I saw it. How are they doing computer stuff outside of a computer? What's powering them?

Doesn't that sort of go against the previous movies?  In those, the human went into the game and had to learn to use the computer abilities, but then reverted to human outside.  In the last movie, the Olivia Wilde character came through as human.  Maybe they will rewrite that a bit.

Hoping they're not hoping we would forget that little detail and hopefully they came up with a way around that that doesn't make many of us facepalm.
