Based.

This seems to be the popular slang for the year. I see it everywhere and finally looked it up because I was getting confused as to its use. I was at first interpreting it as "grounded" as in, "He is grounded in common sense." Then I saw it used other ways. I suppose I'm confused because it appears to be used for so many different things that you might as well throw it in anywhere you want.

I've given up trying to keep track of what words mean. I'm an old man. I'm from a generation to whom "woman" means a female humanoid, "man" means a male humanoid, "yes" means affirmative, and "no" means negative. It seems like today words don't have real meanings, they means whatever the speaker happens to think they mean at that particular moment.

The ZMan touches on this subject from the dissident right perspective. His comments from 10,000 feet offer a nice overview of our situation.

Once you reject the official narrative what we should actually believe isn't really addressed by him though, other than an appeal to reality.
