Easy hot weather soups

When I was a kid, our house didn't have central AC, just a couple of window shakers, so we tended to have a lot of cold dinners in the summer -- salads, jello, and the like.
The one thing we didn't have much of was cold soups.
I came across this recipe and I want to give it a try... basically cheater gazpacho by using canned tomatoes.

Anyone have any hot-weather cold soup recipes?

Today is my Saturday and Sunday this week.
I'm thinking Natty Light, if I actually venture out into the yard.
