Jerky again

I acquired a beef heart from a friend of Son 1. They make great jerky!

It’s been marinating since yesterday, and will go in the dehydrator tomorrow.

Drat! I can’t post a pic. (No third-party hosting…)

Never tried beef heart for jerky but I like beef heart.
I made venison jerky last week.
We stopped buying 1/2 beef from my cousin (mostly because of locker problems) so we don’t get the heart liver and tongue anymore.
