Govee brand 2 probe wireless remote smart meat temp monitor with an app for my phone.
Took me a little bit to figure out how to get it set up the way I wanted but not bad.
Last night I had 1 probe set for max 300 degrees in the middle of the charcoal pit barrel smoker and the other on meat temp of 165 to finish out my venison summer sausage.
I could sit and read and got alarm when I needed to throttle down the smoker a little. Settled down to a steady 285-295. When the sausage hit my target temp I had an ice bath ready.
Done to perfection without 40 trips out in the dark to check everything.
I had a single probe that worked for awhile then glitched and couldn’t be trusted. I have verified accuracy with other probes and this one seems consistent and accurate.
