I only saw a headline quote and didn't find a story with actual information, but apparently they're suggesting that Sotomayer has some kind of (alleged) personal issues that make her the likely one to replace. The fact that they want to do this for Harris cracks me up. They want to put the liberal with the IQ of a fencepost in there when there are likely 107,543 other liberals out there in positions to be nominated that would be 10X better for the left than Harris would be.

Breyer is FAR older than either Kagan or Sotomayor. At 86 he is FAR more likely to shuffle off within the next 4 years so he's the logical one to target for replacement.

All three have a record of voting based on what they think the constitution should say rather than what it actually says. It's a "Living Document" and all that. I'm not even sure Brown-Jackson has ever actually read it.
