WTF is going on in NC? First the shooting of the power substations, which is still happening, and now this.

This is one of those things where laws are overrated. The SOB that's doing this needs to be tied up in a swamp to feed the mosquitoes for a couple weeks.

I was referring to a-holes in general.
But yeah overall I agree, except maybe replace mosquitoes with alligators >:D
