A "military combat expert" (from New Mexico) gave expert testimony to California as part of their AR ban legislation. Do read his testimony. It is mind-boggling.

Hard to believe this guy was actually a Marine. The amount of nonsense in his testimony is astounding. While we should respect the service of Veterans, we should stop treating every Veteran of Military service as a firearms expert.

Of course this guy was apparently/allegedly more or less forcibly retired for some less than moral behavior so it’s possible this testimony is more fabricated to financially benefit him than actually accurate testimony.

And if there were ANY honorable politicians, police, or judges in the jurisdiction where this "military expert" provided such blatantly false testimony under oath, there would be a serious move to charge him with perjury.

That there probably WON'T be is an indictment against the honor and integrity of ALL the local officials in law enforcement and evidence that they're utterly corrupt from top to bottom.

Happen to be at a Subgun match today. Funny how we are all able to reliably put multiple hits on small steel plates without shooting at the sky. We must all be doing it wrong according to this expert…
