Beats me. I have no desire to spend 4 days watching a video that could be condensed down to about 3 minutes.

Youtube is inundating me with these Thai street food videos right now, all featuring "hard working girls providing for their families".  :laugh:

I mean, they actually do work hard, just like the plainly dressed women next to them, but their food stands definitely seem to be part of the Thai tourist experience.

One of them, "Roti girl" is always featured by multiple youtube channels as a step away from abject poverty, but then there are also videos of fans giving her hundreds and even thousands of dollars. She's gotta be the Thai equivalent of a millionaire by now. Again, if you watch the videos of her, she works incredibly hard, but I don't think she has money problems.  =)

I will say that she is clearly experienced and efficient in making the donuts.  She is a big fan of mise en place when setting up her station.
