Turkey breakfast sausage

SWMBO made breakfast casserole for an office function. Wanting to be inclusive of a significant number of coworkers who don't eat pork, she tried Jenny-O turkey breakfast sausage. Have to admit I'm duly impressed. The flavor is actually really good. A bit mild for my liking, but still enjoyable. Texture is a little smoother than pork based breakfast fare, but still browns and crisps nicely. Would you believe it's also cheaper than regular pork sausage? Not by much, but still. We're thinking about going with it as a regular thing, what with being middle age and trying to eat a little healthier.

It's all about the pancakes, people.

I've had that particularly product, and you're right, it is very good.
