Heritage Manufacturing Releases a Trio of Rimfire Lever Guns

Looks pretty interesting and price isn't outrageous.  Still not sure it is interesting enough to get another 22 rifle.  Still glad to see more lever guns getting on the market.

I'm not impressed or interested. They're priced higher than Henry. For me to be interested, they'll have to drop the price by at least $100.

And the loop is too far away from the stock. It just doesn't look right (to me).

Heh.  I can imagine in five+ years an investigating LEO patting himsel itself on the back for discovering an "illegally" shortened rifle. Bearer thereof enjoys prisonl life while they slowly discover that it was manufactured and sold as a pistol anyway.  Heh.

Nice indeed to see more crank-operated firearms,  I've always yearned for a .357 lever gun but never connected with one.

The Henry Classic 22 has an MSRP of $417 with straight blued finish.  The Golden Boy MSRP is $636.  Pretty close in price.  We will have to see where the retail price lands after a while.  And see how well these rifles function and shoot.

Personally, I don't know if I will ever get one of these, but I like seeing another manufacturer making lever guns.

Plus, Heritage revolvers are in just about every store that sells guns since they are generally cheap.  I hope they produce these in numbers and they end up in the same stores.  Of course, that assumes they work reasonably well.
