That was not a lithium battery explosion.
I agree with cordex, that looks way to energetic to be a battery explosion.
I'm seeing unverified reports that it was planted explosives. Which is almost more clandestinely and tradecraft badass than remotely causing batteries to overload, because how the heck do you set that supply chain up and remain within targeting parameters?
Am I a bad person if that video put a smile on my face?
Holy hell. It's like giving a loaded gun to a chimpanzee...
the last thing you need is rabies. You're already angry enough as it is.OTOH, there wouldn't be a tweeker left in Georgia...
BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE! AND THROW SOME STEAK ON THE GRILL!
Is De Selby ok?
I'm hearing PETN coated batteries. Would forcing the batteries to overheat be enough to set it off or would they need electrical power?
Something similar has been done by experiment, but on cell phones:https://x.com/Stephen19718352/status/1836066617190469661

It was a recent group buy. You just intercept the huge group buy of encrypted pagers going to Lebenon right after the Hezbollah leader said to stop using cell phones because the Jews tracked them.Bonus points if you set up a front company and sell them the pagers. Nothing like 5% profit on the op that blows the target's balls off.
