I probably shouldn't say it's unbelievable. I mean, where I live we have, from what I've seen, good cops. However it's a BIG area to cover. Just a WAG, but if I called 911 to report a home invasion, the average response time would be 20-30 minutes. I mean, I might be lucky with a patrolling Deputy cruising by a few miles away at the time, but he might also be 30 miles away, and it's not a small Sherriff's Office.
