I had either a noro or rotovirus in June 2022. It lasted a solid week and I was beyond miserable. Started feeling bad Sunday evening, by midnight I was nauseated and had bouts of the trots that were absolutely vicious.

The worst part about it was that it always seemed to hit the worst at night. I'd feel meh during the day, but at night? Oh my God.

I was up IIRC 8 times one night.

I finally broke down the following weekend and went to urgent care. They wanted a sample... I couldn't produce one, and I VERY rapidly started feeling better that same day. It's as if the virus knew it was time to get out of dodge.

So... back to the 'rona advice...
