I am not sure I would believe the media or not. There is a lot of stuff in the abdomen that could be the issue and at her age I would lean toward colon CA but that is only speculation. There is also those pesky female parts in there that could be causing issues. We may never know for sure. That family keeps things very close to the vest.

Saw a rumor that Kate actually runn oft, and is currently under "you will behave, or be buried next to Diana" restriction... And the cancer thing is there to ensure obedience or deniability.

Current rumors is that King Charles has pancreatic cancer.  Which has a poor 5 year survival rate for a male of his age.  If true, Prince William may be taking over sooner than we think.

I heard a rumor that this is all being caused by ISIS to bring down the Monarchy so that a caliphate can be instituted.
