If elected, with all the fraud that is expected, will Don have the political pull to actually accomplish anything? If he gets blocked at every step by the anti-trumpers who are still in the GOP, you're looking at four years...  Or... Could his presidency2 be the start of a more pragmatic .gov?

I don't think he has the balls or interest in doing this, but...

The only pull he needs is the ability to veto bills and to fire executive staff.  You can accomplish a LOT with just that.

Amen to this! It is nice to have a mostly righteous Supreme Court that upholds adherence to the Constitution. With another Trump term, it stands an excellent chance of becoming even more righteous.

There is little to nothing Biteme can do to diminish the conservative nature of the Court as it stands today. Yup. He is that lame.

A lot of people use the term to mean anyone who can't (or won't) run for another term in office.

Exactly.  That was what I was taught it meant back when I was in high school.
