Dude was Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Senior Counterterrorism Director at the NSC, and DOD Chief of Staff, among other things. There are probably a great many procedures that need to be written or removed as well.  Need to have a team of people working that issue. 

When Comey was at the FBI and Brennan was over the CIA, I remember hearing about a odd edicts and procedures that directed attention away from islamic terrorists and toward "domestic terror" or "people not on the left".  I really doubt those procedures have been removed.

Well, it looks like outside of EOs and maybe a few other items, not much will be done the first 100 days. Tapping all those congresscritters for admin roles is going to leave congress with a +1 majority, only if an R in CA (where they are still counting votes) wins his race, until the vacant seats are filled. You know there are too many RINOs to push any Trump agenda with that slim of a majority.

I'm unclear why appointments to vacant seats can't be made in the first 100 days. Seems to me, those are some of the most important days in a new administration. You'd think they could set special elections immediately, for voting in FEB.

I think most of us remember a bunch of talk a couple of years ago about how the Covid Nazis want to just forgive and forget all their excesses and abuse of power, but we were going to hold them to account. They can't get away with what they did, there has to be a reckoning, etc.

That's one reason why I backed DeSantis, and I thought he would do a lot better in the primary than he actually did. In electing Trump, we disavowed all those talking points. The Branch Covidians will not be punished.
