WW2-era Tinian Island airfield coming back from the dead
« on: November 15, 2024, 04:54:53 PM »
This popped up today. Abandoned WW2-era Tinian Island airfield (yes, THAT Tinian Island) is being reclaimed from the jungle for a return to active service. According to the report, it's in response to China's saber-rattling WRT Taiwan.
