Maybe it's time to upgrade from your dialup connection?

Yeah, let's see...

304.2 mbps download speed
186.5 mbps upload speed

Yeah, that's not a problem.

TV processing engines are optimized for video performance, not applying firmware updates. Yeah, they usually take a while.

Well, I was a bit aprehensive about having Alexa voice command with this new TV. I still am, but damn is it nice!

I can voice control it to open Hulu, then I can voice control it to tune to a channel within Hulu. I was really doubting that it would do that. I figured it would try to revert back and try to tune to a channel in the Fire TV base operating system.

All in all, for $75, I'm VERY happy with this TV.

I was joking with a friend about hanging this TV on my wall with 3M Command strips.

He told me that there are 15 pound rated Command strips, so I could easily do it.

Yikes.

Holy crap, there are 20 pound rated strips!

Don't think I'd want to do that, though, for a couple of reasons, the first being that TVs generate heat, and it might soften the adhesive and let it drop off the wall.

Funny to think about, though.

I could be wrong, but I would be afraid it was slowly pull apart, especially if there was some load in the wrong direction.

We tried the heavy velcro attachments and some of those are rated for a lot of weight.  Depends on how the weight is hanging.

K Frame - also possible is that the TV's heat will DRY the adhesive out.

"Mechanical fasteners".

If you take a look at the Command fasteners, I'm not sure that the adhesive is, well, really the kind of adhesive that would dry out and lose its ability to adhere.

It's the weirdest stuff I've ever seen. It's almost like a putty. And they're not kidding when they say it leaves no residue and can be removed without damaging a painted surface. I had a hook on my front door for over 4 years and finally removed it. No muss, no fuss, no visible indication that it was ever there.
