It costs $500K/yr to run and has received less than 2000 visitors since it was opened in 2021. It displayed EPA related history from the time the EPA was created to the present. Except for the years 2016-2019.

The 270k is probably legitimate. H1B and other normal, legal immigrants that have work visas and such. 2.1m though is probably very hinky.
Should ANY non-citizen be allowed to get social security or other benefits? It seems to me there should be some thing restricted to full citizenship. As a carrot to become naturalized if nothing else.
