The man went home with a medically induced erection that would not go away and required an emergency surgery. The surgery ended up being unsuccessful.

Probably waited too long to "seek help". Males, penes, and vanity go hand in hand. I believe most men would rather sit at home for 3 days with a stiffy rather than seek help because they had to use a pill or something to achieve an erection. By the time they seek help it is too late to make it all better.

I think the clinic will file bankruptcy and this guy will end up with little or nothing. I would call it a win if the clinic was forced to fold and never open again.

Unfortunately, there appears to be a new business type based on catering to men who have (or who think they have) male problems. We recently permitted a male treatment clinic that, for most practical purposes, is a testosterone clinic. It's a local franchise of what seems to be  national or regional chain. The name of the business is GameDay. [?!?!]

The founder has a Ph.D. in behavioral health -- whatever that is. Looking over the web site, I don't see any mention of there being MDs, PAs, or even nurse practitioners on the staff of each location. That alone would tell me to stay away.

The Fall Guy and the original Charlie's Angels were on syndication when I was growing up along with Giligan's Island.  I guess Wonder Woman was there as well. 

I do think hard core porn is much easier to access these days and I do think there is a bit of a corrosive mental effect from spending too much time with it.  It is probably not quite the same for everyone.

First, with all of the ED ads I hear on the radio driving to and from work, I wonder if it was an unspoken issue in years gone by, or a symptom of something else in our modern world.
