While I was still at my parent's house today I get the email notification that UPS has delivered a package.  The email had proof of that delivery right there in the email.   

Your package was delivered.


Well I felt better immediately.  Must be not only discreet packaging, but camouflaged also.   


When I finally got home this evening, there was a package directly in front of my door on the door mat, which you can see the corner of in the photo.  I guess they were in a hurry.

Doordash does not understand that my strip mall is ONE address... And we're the only business open. So far the best was a photo showing package delivery, where the Taco Hell bag was carefully placed on top of one of those rat trap boxes, at the other end where the storage outfit is...

I ordered a number of (small) items from Amazon this week. On Wednesday, a package arrived before 6am. Another before 8am. Package after package kept arriving ALL DAY at irregular intervals until shortly after 6pm. Every single item I ordered was shipped - and delivered - separately.

Flashback to October. I sent a lady friend of mine a gift for her birthday via Amazon. She got it in time - but MY gift was packaged IN THE SAME AMAZON CARTON as a gift from her cousin, who lives in a different state.

Fortunately she found the "gift from HankB" receipt in the box (as well as the "gift from your cousin" note) . . . but even so, that really shouldn't have happened.

I've lost count how many times my packages have been delivered to the neighbors doorstep.  Both homes are clearly marked.  I get the notification of delivery and see his door.  Get my pants on and go retrieve it.

Recently, he installed one of those doorbell cams.  The last two misdelivers he has put the package on my doorstep.  He should a tip from Bezos

I "redeliver" regular USPS mail to a neighbor at least a couple of times a month. Sometimes I get mail addressed to someone miles away, or even in another city. I write "DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS" on the envelope in red and drop it in the mailbox on my next trip to the post office.

It wasn't long ago my package was delivered to the new neighbor's house next door.  I saw the different entry way in the picture and went looking.  I knocked and waited for them to come to the door to tell them.  I didn't want their doorbell cam to go off and show me walking away with a package.

I saw the fedex truck pulling up the drive last week so I stepped out to meet him before he got to the door. He handed me the package then said he had to take a pic.
So he stepped back and took a pic of me holding the package.
