On the Brian Killmeade (sp??) show this morning, he and a guest (a lawyer?) floated the opinion that, because the judge didn't release the jurors on Friday and quash the "negligence" charge, the jurors came back with a UNANIMOUS "not guilty" and basically "poked their thumbs" in the judges eye.  :rofl:

It is also possible the person(s) who were willing to convict for manslaughter were not willing to hang the jury again over the lesser charge.

Megan Kelly had a good talk (well, rant really) about the verdict and how BLM might finally be done, because even many of the sheep aren't having it anymore. Especially with all the fiscal shenanigans in that organization. I also see that NY cops didn't stand around yesterday like they more often than not have done before with BLM. Lots of arrests, and I suspect that maybe other cities are perhaps done with standing back and watching destruction. It would be nice if so.

Though we still have the inauguration coming up. I think that will be the litmus test on if the general public has had it with BLM, antifa, etc. or not.

I had a colleague once who sat on a jury that did exactly that. I don't recall exactly what the case was about, but the jury was deadlocked and the judge (who'd been pretty heavy handed favoring one side) scolded & insulted the jury and told them they'd be deliberating as long as it took to reach a verdict.

They deliberated about 5 more minutes and came back with a verdict contrary to what the judge had been pushing. He was not happy, but couldn't do anything about it.
