There's a Utoob channel called Jolly or something like that. A couple of English guys in their 20s or 30s and one of them is married to a Korean, has spent time in Korea, and speaks Korean.

They do a lot of crossover food tasting (introducing Brits to American food, Korean food, etc). They have a couple really interesting videos on Korean Army Stew.

It was their videos (and Alton Brown) that got me interested in starting to cook with Gochujang.

I love me some bulldoggi and other Korean delights. Way back when I may have had too much peach Oscar and did things that once told to me I was very proud of, at least I didn't get pulled up in front of the Skipper for Captain's Mast so it was all good!  =D
