Article about the Kurds and their future. I think.

I've never heard of DNYUZ. I found this article by clicking a link next to another article I had read. I can't decipher this article -- it's like whoever wrote it (or formatted it for the Interweb) randomly dropped out words here and there.

Does anyone have any idea what this is all about?
