It's been 40 years (zomg...) since I took media law classes... Libel, slander, and the like.
 
The progressive left is WAY too into calling everyone Nazis or Fascists...
 
I'm half-tempted to fire up the word processors, and get a judicial hobby on.
 
Now to find a firm that likes class action suits...
