First off: Thanks for creating this forum, Oleg.
Does anyone know of a website that lists army group, army, and division commanders under Eisenhower and MacArthur in World War II?

I'll see if I can dig something up, I seem to remember seeing those kind of org charts someplace. You have to take them with a grain of salt, though, since generals got sacked/re-assigned/promoted/moved around laterally ALOT in that war.

I know I saw one when I was studying for my WWII class final... It might take me a while to actually find it though

This probably isn't exactly what you're looking for, as it's not an organizational chart. It's a site that lists the U.S. generals from WWII alphabetically, along with their commands.
May or may not help you.
