Note that he rammed the hotel because the front desk staff thought he was bluffing, so they needed to be taught a lesson, I guess.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

And Officer Friendly was waiting right there when the guy walked out through the opening he had just created. It kaes a special kind of idiot to pull a stunt like that when you know the police are standing right there to watch the whole thing.
