I've done the fish hook thing. It wasn't a whole lot of fun cutting a treble hook out of my ankle. Kind of makes you wonder how a fish gets off of the things.
We were putting a trout line out at the time. Line slipped out of my hands. There ain't no backing one of those suckers out, either. Since I didn't want to volunteer as bait, I cut it out and we finished.
